Car sale online with another individual?

I am going to be buying a car from a guy I saw online selling it on an online forum. I am going to have a car transport setup to send the car to me from it’s location. I am getting the title and bill of sale and I think I’ll use paypal to send him the money. My question is that if there is any way thats more secure or a better way thats more legit to cover me and what not? Am I missing anything, what would you do.
Where do I get the insurance from?

An individual auto shop that is very good idea but would only send the vin number and the vin number and the transport company has inspected.
