Hi it’s time for a change and I’m trying to persuade my parents to get me contacts. I think i should wear contatcs now since i’ve been wearing glasses for like 5 years. Now I kinda want them as soon as possible so how can i persuade them? My dad kinda says yes but some doubts are like they will fall off during martial arts (which i’m in) if i get hit in the face which will lead to more money. He also says my eye my get infected. How can i persuade i really want contacts I even found a site that pays like 20$ per month for contacts from daysoftlenses.com So basically all he has to pay is probably around $60 for eye exam then $20 per month for contacts yet he says thats expensive. Actually he pays for about $200 for my school lunches, piano lessons, martial arts classes per month. My dad actually said yes but he says we’ll get an eye exam in spring break (my usual yearly eye doctor appointments) which breaks the point of going to school wearing contacts since school will almost be over. So how can i persuade him to get an eye exam this fall break or thanksgiving break, or winter break?

Another questions which KIND of contacts are better? Daily ones? Weekly ones? Monthly ones?

On those monthly ones can you actually like wear them for a couple of months and save money? Example the $20 bargain i found is actually daily ones but if i buy like a montly one for like say $40 and wear them for 3 months i’d save $20 every 3 months. I’d guess my question is is it safe to wear contacts longer then usually? (daily ones longer than a day, weekly ones longer than a week, etc..)
