Heather asked:
I have heard Filene’s basement is great for clothes, but I love to be frugal and find great deals on all kinds of things. Any locals know where the great bargain spots of Boston are? We are visiting soon.
Thanks!

I would definitley say the North End, I have been to Boston more times than I can count and everytime that we go to the Northend I can ALWAYS find a deal. One time there was this sweatshirt I wanted, $45!!!! When we went to the Northend $10. AMAZING! And also ocourse the vendors on the sides of streets, although I probably wouldn’t get clothing from them I might get souveniers or glasses or something like that! They have such a wide variety of different cozy little stores, i love it!
